In California, if someone was selling pot under the table at let’s say a farmers market and the police were called. How would that situation unfold? I have a feeling there would be no criminal charges, maybe a loss of product and or cash on hand. Anyone have experience with a similar situation? 2C5AD371-2456-4822-8D63-3E94E22F1AB3 by Myfoothurts posted Mar 25, 2021 at 5:05 PM
Doesnt aound advisable. Sure, smoking in CA may be no big deal, but that doesnt sound like something you could or should try to get away with. Id find a legal route, like selling to a club, or more privately.
Usually the best way to get answers like that is right from the horse's mouth....Commifornia.gov must have the codes, laws and penalties on their site somewhere.
At the most you could face legal trouble for selling pot without a license to distribute a "narcotic" agent. It would be like a bartender or liquor store owner selling booze without a license.
Ca pot laws don’t seem to be in effect. My neighbor got busted with 1500 plants, stealing power, no arrest.
