Humic Acid

  1. Heya GC!!

Can anyone tell me if removing Chloramine with Humic Acid is required when doing DWC using Advanced Nuutrients?

Really I want to know if I should worry about the Chloramine or not ? Does it kill the good stuff?

    Thanks

  2. There are a lot of people who use tap water without big problems, although the amount of chlorine and chloramine in water is different in every area. You can get an Reverse Osmosis(if you have the funds it's a great investment), a charcoal filter, or you can let your water sit for 24 hours to reduce toxicity in your water.
Usually, the damage I've seen in plants related to tap water isn't because of chlorine, it's actually because of other minerals, metals, precipitates that can cause clogging.
I did a little research and found this:

  3. Thanks for your help:)

  4. No problem, glad I could help. :)

  5. Reguardless, I would use the humic/fulvic anyway.
