Hey guys, Got a bit of a dilemma. I bought my bong a couple of months ago, I sat at the store for a good 30minutes mulling it over because I knew cleaning it would be a pain, I copped it anyways I haven't had any issues cleaning it, I do it after each bowl, but all of a sudden residue is building up and it's not coming off. 1st time I haven't been able to get it off in 3months of daily cleaning They're small specks, but they're getting bigger and its annoying to look at. I just want my baby spotless. Anyone got any tricks for getting residue out of these spots? I just use the water, alcohol, and salt method. Taking any other advice Thanks!
Get some Orange Chronic , might help clear up those spots. you can mix it in with the alcohol to also make it last longer,
pipe cleaners, iso, and salt I too have learnt my lesson my art work sits on my tv and now I use a $10.00 simple bong good luck
Alcohol and 200 small stainless steel cleaning balls. Works amazingly well, not a speck of resin left. They use them for glassware with hard to reach places... Amazon has them.
Whatever your using to clean with, fill up the inside of your bong, and let it soak overnight. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
All you need is 90% or better rubbing alcohol. Or everclear. And hot water. No salt. Bad for glass as it weakens the glass over time. Putting micro scratches in it that could expose weak points. Just my 2¢ Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Yeah man that’s a amazing looking bubbler /bong thing op has. Are simpler glass ones easier to clean but less perc would be more harsh ? My bong only has a honey comb, no ice holders sadly . Each perc make it harder ?
My nephew has been using acetone from the paint section, since it is hard to find 90% iso alcohol with the virus visiting...He says it works great on glass, just thoroughly rinse...
