I change the water in my bong after each use. Not only does it keep the piece clean, but it also ensures that you're getting the best flavor from whatever you're smoking. It might seem like a hassle, but trust me, it's totally worth it for the improved experience.
The water in a bong should ideally be changed after every use or session. Regularly changing the water helps maintain the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the bong, providing a smoother and more enjoyable smoking experience. Stale bong water can accumulate harmful bacteria and affect the taste of the smoke. If you use your bong frequently, it's essential to clean and change the water daily or before each session to ensure optimal performance and avoid potential health risks. Additionally, keeping the bong clean will prevent resin buildup, making it easier to maintain over time.
After every session.. dabs, you can get away with a little bit less. Boil it once every couple months to to get all the gunk out. PS use hot water to get better flavored hits. I know people say ice is the way to go but it’s actually hot water. Will also prevent getting resin from really resonates Indica strains on the teeth.
Couple uh times a week, back when I smoked the stuff. Tintures now. FWIW: for 30 years I used wine, not water, in my bong! Also I soaked the bong in dishwasher soap diluted in water, , , ,
I change my rig water every other day, but TBH I don't dab that much. Ever seen years old bong water?
When I was in the military, we used to buy cheap bourbon(Kessler mostly) from our on base liquor store and use it for bong water.
