That would be a bubbler my man, fill water up through the top and dry out out the bowl piece so it’s not wet where you load your ganja. Make sure you don’t put too much water in it.
Red arrow is were you pour water before anything else , fill the water to the yellow line, about that side knob height. Then dry where u poured water with paper towel, put weed at end of red arrow. In same spot U poured water initially. Hold finger over green hole with Left hand.hold lighter in right hand, put mouth where blue mark is, suck in while holding left thumb over green mark, and while lighting the weed with your right hand, when the contraption is filled with smoke (however much you are willing or able to breath in is in the pipe) then u stop lighting and release the left thumb over the green hole and suck it all in like ur a vacuum cleaner.. lol
If ur having trouble with weed falling In the hole, take a little bit and press it together with your finger tips to form a lil ground weed cake , lay that over hole and pack weed on top, or break of a lil chunk of a nug and put that over hole before packing bowls, otherwise it makes for a lot of bubbler cleanings.. and in all my days of smoking, have i rarely seen a clean bubbler outside of the smoke shop lol
Thanks for the help! I'll be trying it out tomorrow so hopefully all goes well lol I had no idea my device was even called a "bubbler". I asked the shop owner for a low price water pipe and that's what he gave me. Not that it matters, I think I'm satisfied
Yezzir and if u put water in and suck with ur finger over the green hole and hear no bubbles, needs more water. It as long as u cover up the bottom of the downstem in the chamber it will bubble and work, if u get water in ur mouth when u release the green hole, put less water. Oh yeah the little hole u cover while u fill the chamber with smoke is called a “shotgun” or “”carb”

Totally up to u, I prefer no screen, fire/metal inhalation, not a fan, they do sell glass screens, they look like little Jax from back in the day. Those are dope. The screen will get dirty and need cleaned just FYI, and after it’s dirty will block a good portion of your hit but u will figure out the best way to chief in due time
