Hey guys, first thread I'm posting here, I'd like to show you guys this wooden pipe I made a few days ago. It's made out of some cherry wood that was behind my house. The finish is just plain old olive oil, seems to work pretty well for this application. 5 inches long, with a 5/8 in. wide bowl, 7/8 in. deep. Pretty decent size, in my opinion, anyway. The bottom hole (the one that runs the length of the pipe, can't remember what it's called) didn't line up with the bowl hole perfectly, so that's why it's a bit off to the side, but that doesn't mess with the function of the pipe, just the looks. This is my first attempt at a wooden pipe, will probably be making another sometime in the future. But yeah, tell me what you think! Very nice job. I made a wooden pipe recently, also that was an experiment with a fallen branch in the backyard of my house. I am a noobie at it but I am happy with the results. I will post some pictures when I get home from work.
I know i went overkill on the 1" bowl and 1/4" airhole but it was my first pipe and i just threw it together
