Hi guys, I am going to share with you my fresh concept of making a simple but amazing vaporizer device using a simple iron and an empty glass of water. I am sure this is gonna be better than the light bulb or even the soldering iron vaporizer (the soldering iron is very toxic because it burns some internal oils when is hot, so if you are using it, keep it away from the weed chamber). I have not yet built this system (I will soon), but my logic says that this is going to work better than expected.

    All you need is:
1- One electric iron with variable temperature.
    2- One empty glass
3- Driller with some driller bits
    4- Masking tape
5- Aquarium clear hose (get it at home depot or orchard supply)
6- Digital thermometer (you can get it at ebay for $1)

There's no many instructions at all, just see the next pictures and you will get my idea and my concept. The hard process will be to drill the glass. To properly drill the bottom of glass put some masking tape and drill it! be patient. First use a tiny drill bit, then get a bigger one.

Once you have all your device ready to vaporize herb, set your iron at a temperature of 185-195 degrees Celsius since that number is when we can only vaporize the THC component of cannabis without touching the unhealthy components (here is when you must use your digital thermometer, very very useful) " Tars and Carcinogens start at around At 200 degrees Celsius, so keep it in mind and keep away from that number. 185C will be fine, if not, just add five degrees more.

I think this vaporizer is amazing because you get a big area to vaporize your herbs. Just think that all the diameter of the glass is the area where you can put your herbs to vaporize. I also recommend the use of a herb grinder to grind your herbs properly.

Update: I just realized that is better to use a glass blender jar instead of a glass water since the glass blender jar already has a big hole in each side, so then you can easily make the two holes in the plastic blender lid. (one hose is for air extracting and the other one is for renewing the air, actually in this hole is not necessary a hose at all, just keep closed both holes while vaporizing.)

Ps. I am going to test this great system within 2 weeks at my cousin's house. I already have all the necessary stuff.

The herbs must touch directly the hot iron, it's like putting your herbs on the inverted iron and then putting on the herbs your inverted empty glass to "keep trapped the vapors inside of the glass". Thats why the iron and the glass must be on an inverted position, that way the gravity force can keep your herbs touching the iron. You can also put your herbs when your glass and iron are in normal position, but then you must flip them in order to herbs can touch the hot iron.

Sorry if my English it's not perfect at all. I hope you got my idea.

Check this new picture I made.
