Here's a tutorial I put together real quick Part 1: Gathering supplies. -You will need (3) acrylic display cases. You can mix and match sizes to make something different. They are usually found near the picture frames and come in packs of 3. -You will need a hot glue gun & hot glue -Drill -Pill bottle -Glass bowl (from gong pipe) --------- Part 2:Assembly First you will need the 2 bottom chambers. Line them up so that they are parallel with each other. This is the the base of the bubbler..these two bottom chambers. Next you will have to take a pill bottle and slice it vertically (so it looks like a half pipe). Line this half pill bottle up to the side of one of the chambers and trace the outline with a pen. Then you will have to carefully cut out the half circle shape so you can fit your pill bottle in there. Make sure its accurate so you have a snug fit. Once your hole is made, you will need to make a hole of the exact same diameter and spot in the second chamber. The stemline pill bottle will slide through these two openings when the chambers are sitting next to each other. Once both of your half circle openings are made, You can start making holes in the pill bottle to make a "stemline". My preferred method is simply taking the tip of a hot glue gun and piercing the plastic downwards. This created a nice uniform circle, and allows you to make holes as large as you would like. Ok so now you have to fit the pill bottle through the half circles that you made before. Hot glue the edges of the pill bottle and it will bond nicely to the acrylic. After the stemline is in, and the two chambers are sitting next to each other..cork the edges with hot glue in order to make it watertight. Finally you will need to make an opening for the mouthpiece and the bowl. Use a drill with appropriate bit to make a hole on the top of chambers. Use a inverted but sturdy bottle as the mouthpiece. Hot glue it to the top of the peculation chamber. And im sure you guys can figure out how I made the Disc perc.
I dont understand. i thried making on but it doesnt work like yours, it just pulls the water through into the second section without bubling? q
Looks pretty cool, gotta love hot glue! but i see a major flaw in design, atleast in my opinion. The smoke is going through what looks like 3-4 inches of water, probably pretty dragy.
Due to the narrow diameter of the tube, There is little drag. When you first pull, there is a little drag, but when the air passes through into the second chamber, there is not much shitty drag. Of course its not like an SG or anything hahaa
i like drag. i hit bongs like a vaccume cleaner. the more drag the better that way im not suckin my weed into the water before its ash. different strokes for differnt folks ahaha
