Good luck finding an empty sobe bottle supplier who can get them to you for a nickel.. It's called going to a store.. Use your head. You're paying for his work.. Obviously you don't wanna gather the materials and spend the time to make this or you're just unable to. You pay for quality man. I imagine the whole process takes quite some time. Glass isn't a very expensive commodity, why do you think you can buy bongs and pipes for $5. But that doesn't stop people from spending thousands. It's about the art, not the material.

If he drank it, he personally benefited from the price of the juice and therefore can only include the worth of the bottle itself and possibly the time it took to buy and consume it. He can't include the cost of the juice though. He drank the juice himself, the customer shouldn't take on that cost. Use your head.
