I'm interested in trying to make a glass bong that has an a/c with beer bottles, but I'm not sure what to use as the adhesive for the tube between them (or honestly the tube itself). Any of you more experienced handymen/women have tips for what to use? I was thinking about getting a glue specifically for repairing dishes and the like. That would have to be food-safe, right?
food safe is not heat safe. dont smoke glue! do what the people who sell beer bottle and liquor bottle bongs do, either get glass on glass or metal hardware, and a rubber grommet.
That's kinda what I figured, I just see a lot of people with homemades that look like they have rubber cement or some shit holding their downstems. Would I get the grommets at a hardware store or would me LHS be likely to have stuff?
