Any ideas on a piece that can be made using items found round the home, or from things easily available from normal shops? A bong would be nice, but I'm open to ideas, really. (and I will be getting a proper bong in the future. This is just to tide me over)
Here's what I just made, and it rips better than alotta real bongs I've hit. Get a flurescent light cover. Cut it however short you want (mines 18 inches ) get a shitty glass downstem and bowl from your local hs. Use laffy taffy as a sealant on the joint, its easy and replaceable. As for a base, I used a 1 inch to 3 inch pvc coupling and set the tube in that with some glue. Ill post a pic later of what it'll look like
Get a one liter smartwater water bottle, a metal pen, a socket wrech bit, and oven clay from your local craft shop ($6.00). Make a bowl out of your clay, and put it in the oven for a few minutes less than recomended amount of time. Once the timer ends, take the sanded metal body of your pen (stem), and quickly put it into the bowl and let cool and harden for an hour or so. Next, start the hole where your stem will enter the bottle, with a knife, lightly melt the edges of the hole and but your stem and bowl in there so it is AIRTIGHT. Then do the same thing with your socket somewhere on the bottle where it is easily accessable, as the carb. Finally, light up.
