A friend and i tried to roll a cross joint the other day. We failed. Miserably. I, being fond of making things (especially smoking tools) decided to try and make some sort of Joint holder. What i struck upon is something i believe no one has ever done that is free, easy, and gets you as high as FUCK. Its also disposeable and made of one item that can be found almost anywhere. It's basically the inside of a toilet roll (the brown cardboard bit) with as many holes in it as joints you wish to use. These "Joint holes" should be a little smaller than the roach of the joints to ensure an air tight fit and 3/4 of the way along, one on top one on the bottom. You then light the joints, put your mouth in one end (like a bong) and your hand over the end closest to the joints. When you pull both joints will begin to burn and the chamber between your mouth and hand will fill with smoke. When full remove your hand and breathe in the Dankness. This is awesome for circles The thing i really like about this idea is that if you were to use a bigger tube, like that of a kitchen roll you could put as many joints as you want into one chamber. That could get crazyyyyyyy. I intend to make a more perminent version from a drain pipe or something eventually. Everyone I've shown was blown away, one prefered it to a cross J. Just thought i'd share
I would suggest you get some PVC and some wood tips from Black and milds. Cut holes in the pipe and wedge/glue the tips in. This may drag too much, I have no idea.
I used to make steam rollers out of paper towel rolls a lot when I was younger. I've done this before with a single joint but never thought about using a few, I'm definitely going to try it
dude above me is right, thats just a steam roller. my uncle did that back in the day. i like a glass one
done and done.. when the wings burnt to the tube.. we did a 6 person circle with the 6 joints left over which were all rolled in different flavoured papers
Naw bro it's all good. He said to put the joint in wood filter tips from swishers or somesuch, thus shielding them from the PVC.
doesnt matter it would still be possible for it to release fumes you ever tried to cut pvc with a dremel or band saw? it usually melts and sticks to the bit
You should be fine smoking a joint through shielding an wood tip from the PVC. It won't be hot enough to set off the PVC.
Do you have any proof at all to what you're saying? Smoke is coming off the joint incredibly hot and a wood tip won't magically make the smoke cool enough to not release fumes from the plastic. Honestly there is no reason to endanger his health like this.
Word. PVC is not a safe material to use unless the smoke has passed through a water chamber before making contact with PVC. PVC's melting point is within the temperature range for smoke. I would not use any plastics of any form unless the smoke has already passed through water via a glass downstem or a safe metal downstem. Note that not all metals are safe to use. Cool idea i guess but i don't really see the point to it. The whole point of a joint is that its a joint, just weed and paper. If i wanted to smoke out of a piece i would use a bowl piece not a joint. But hey to each his own enjoy!
