It's essentially a bong, but it has a hose, or hoses. Usually you smoke molasses tobbacco called shisha out of it, but there are also hookah bongs meant for pot. To make a sick homemade one you need: 1. Water jug from a water machine. 2. Some kind of bowl and a downstem. 3. Garden hose. 4. Hot glue. 5. A knife. Step 1: Put the bowl and downstem into the top of the water jug, and hot glue the downstem into place. Step 2: Cut a hole in the side, stick in the garden hose, glue it airtight. Step 3: Enjoy!
