a grinder made of 2 medicine bottle caps that fit together, with nails in it to break up bud. works great and is a perfect idea if you hate using scissors
Props for a cool little grinder! Looks like it gets the job done. Great to have if you are on a budget or traveling and if need be have to dispose of it.
yeah and it took nearly 2 seconds to make, i did have to drill holes for the nails because the plastic would've broken, but it was easy and its great! really worth it if you dont have or are waiting for a grinder.
How sharp are those nails though? Seems like it'd be kind of dangerous if you were high lol. Good idea though, I'll have to try and make something like it one of these days.
i used the top and bottom of a chew can and i just heated up the nails and stuck them through the plastic instead of drilling holes that was when they still made chew cans with top and bottom plastic pieces ... like 2 yrs ago lol
yeah the plastic was really hard so it actually broke when i tried to stab the nail through, i didnt think of heating them up, but i put the piece back on and it stays so im good. i might make a better one if i can find some more lids that fit together like this, but this one works really good! im dry right now but i tested it on some veggies and stuff and it breaks them apart pretty well. it doesnt grind them to a kief but it will get out the little buds

couldnt find anything on homemade grinders on here or anywhere on the internet other than scissors, so i decided to be the first!
dude i totally had this idea! it's on one of the threads here somewhere.. i used staples instead of nails but still.
Use screws. I've made one diy style my self. If you use screws, the threads on them cut up the tree better.
