Well the other day i was sitting here daydreamin and noticed my empty cool looking ciroc bottle sitting there and thought , that shit would make an awesome bong, but how the hell would i do it. So stay tuned to see if i accomplish my feat or fail horribly, lol. Peace
Diamond-tipped glass drill bits are your best bet. Unfortunately, they are expensive and for a hole that big I'd imagine you might need to work your way up in bit size as to not crack the glass. Give it a shot with regular drill bits if need be. Very slowly.

And sucks i only have a 7.2v battery drill :-( Where im at so far
