Hey guys I hope this is in the right catagory, if not move it. Just though I'd show you all my homemade glass bong. Not going to lie it's pretty sick! It's made out of 1 glass vase some plastic fish tank air hose a brass 2 to 1 spilter and a glass bowl (store bought) I used a carbon drill bit to drill 1/4 hole in the side of the vase about 1'' from the bottom, I then shoved 2 pieces of air hose in the hole they fit nice and snug. There going to act as my down stem. I then conected the 2 pieces of air hose to the brass 2 to 1 spliter, the size of air hose find perfactly up the stem of the bowl do I just shoved it up there and used a little 100% non toxic silicon and make an air tight fit. I also Siliconed around the hole were the 2 pieces of hose enter the vase. After that was all down I drilled another hole in the bong, this is the carb. Finally I taped the bowl to the side of the bong, I have a really problem with droping and breaking bowls, but not any more. The vase is the perfact size for some ice cubes and tokes sooo smooth. Photos ---------------- Theirs a carb there. What do you think for a homemade Bong?? BTW THIS IS 100% MY IDEA AND THINKING I DIDN'T FIND HOW TO MAKE THIS ON THE INTERNET AND REMAKE IT. SICK! I've always wanted to make on out of a beer bottle but could never think of how to drill the hole!!! But i might try that know good job man!
I'm made beer ones before there pretty cool but that glass is harder to drill, when you drill it submerge the bottle in water it helps wwith the vibrations.
where is that vase from i want to get the same exact one? probably not to healthy though to have the smoke going into a rubber hose before it gets cooled but it looks really cool
I believe that's the vase is from dollarama. When you buy it, buy more than 1 (they only cost $1) you have a about a 50% failure rate when drilling, when i bought this one it took 2 try to final drill it without braking, you can't rush it and you have to submerge it in water Well i guess its not the healthiest but it's a little more healthy than using a waterfall, pisser or homemade plastic bong. Have you guy never noticed that most small vases are shaped like bongs, This was not the one I want to use, my best on broke, This ones in ) ( shape and the other one was II straight up and down, but this ones nice too.
I put rubbing ahcohal where the water would usually go and then I pour salt in too, and then instead of sucking, I blow, which pushes all the rubbing achohal through the hoses and out the bowl. Get's it nice and clean. The hose (tubing) only cost $2 for like 3 meters at my local pet store (Walmart, Petsmart or Petco.) So I replace the tubing every mounth.
R.I.P Beleave me I'd love to, I just broke a massive piece off so now theres a hole about half way up, O well it only cost me $4 to make, all be making a bunch more glass ones soon, keep and eye out for them.
Still better than an all plastic pisser I think Plus I usally would have used my ash catch not a bowl But I under stand what u guys are sayin
