I really wanted to make my own bong (have an affinity to objects I made) and was wondering how safe would it be to make my own cone piece using a mini vodka bottle and a bronze washer, firstly I would cut off the neck of the vodka bottle and sand the edges and use the neck with a small washer (is bronze good, and what size hole for the middle) I know most of you probably don't know much about DIY cones out of bottles (this isn't really a crafting forum, but they probably wouldn't like this one either) etc and how strong they are, but if you do have any idea it would be nice to have tips/possible problems Things I am worried about: what washer to use, and size of the hole in washer for smoke to come out of will the thin glass break from heating up and cooling down too much? anything to watch out for?? (eg bottle cracking and smashing) The whole process is relatively fast for me, just a case of will it break quickly/poisonous/just wont work (if not ill just buy a cone piece)
