hey guys, my first bubbler i ever made... i went in the woods with a saw one day and chopped down a bunch of sick saplings. one of the saplings i cut rotted out in the middle and had 2 huge wholes in it the other was curved and fit perfectly inside of it. so i bored out the middle and bottom of the one that rotted (not to hard). then i drilled a long hole in the bottom and a diagonal hole in the top. then i widened the hole in the top for the bow. i drilled a hole in the top of the rotten piece (not really rotten but hard sap) so you can take a hit and a carb on the side. i put a gutted electrical pencil in the hole of the curved piece long enough to get into the water but short enough to be able to put the piece in. i covered the bottom hole with clay, then i started covering the whole thing in clay. then i made the face and dreds and i was done. Pro's Very nice to smoke you can tip it and it wont leak except out the carb tight ceal where piece goes in, no air leaks. has a piece of wood to clean bowl out looks sick in real life. easy to clean Cons's the wood was cracked so it had a leak it doesnt anymore since i put the clay in it. thats about it. so no cons really. heres some pics
Dude, that is sick/freaky as FUCK! hahahaha but i love homemades. i love seeing people's creativity. and good job seeing that as a potantial bowl. but what i would if i was you is wash it in 90%+ Isoprobyl alcohol(rubbing alcohol), then rinse it with filtered water. just to get all of those nasties out of there. thx bro, what i did was i scraped out all the hard sap and shit then washed it a million times with water and it has a cool flavor of the wood in the hit, actually its a nice thing. i made a pipe to ill post that in a sec.
Alright, bro. i was working on a pipe yesterday..... didn;t really work out, hahahaha Hopefully you'll have better luck. My homemades ATM: -Homemade Lightbulb vape -Homemade bong for emergencies -homemade all-metal pipe -Homemade sharpie one-hitter, using a bike-pump needle for the bowl. but i normally smoke out of my mr. spoon, or my bong.
yah man, this is a sick pipe ill post it in a sec i just took the pics right now. ive made a few lightbulb vapes, the insert for the top i made a really sick one out of a medical tape roll when its out. it fits perfect so if you have one lieing around. then i put a milk cap on it with 2 holes and stick a bic pen gutted out for the mouthpiece. works great. ive made tons of home made bongs lol some great some shitty really depends on what i got lieing around. but i only use my homemade stuff cuz im good at it
the bowl comes out and sometimes i fill it with some pipe tobacco and puff on it. the hole goes deep into the shaft. pretty sweet pipe as u can see its pretty resonated.
Pipe look spretty nice. only thing is though, you are most likely...no, WILL get shit for homemades. mostly by piece-snobs, you know, the guys with fucking 4 foot tall bongs, with a triple perc, diffy, all kinds-o-shit.
yeah, well they didnt make it themselves... theres something about making a sick pipe that is a great smoke. every time you smoke out of it your like...damn im good... lol but i must admit smoking my friends triple perc doc is amazing haha
its kool man, i chiseled out the inside till there was raw hard wood. then i washed it out with water many times. but there is a leak i tried it again today and there was a leak through the clay. but anyways its clean. when i said it was a rotten piece of wood i didnt mean that. its a piece where 2 branches fell off then the brach died on the inside leaving a cavity. there was hard sap from where it healed itself i had to get through and that was tough. but it was alive before i hacked it down and made a pipe out of it.
