homemade bong question

    DO you think it would be legal for someone to sell there own homemade bongs? i mean as long as they say its for tobacco use wouldnt it be legal?

    You could sell them under the table just be careful who you sell them to. you dont want someone to get caught and rat on ya.

    As long as you dont have to have a special license to sell tobaco pipes (Im not sure if you do or not) then you should be alright

    As long as they are clean... clean meaning no residue, then I don't see why you couldn't give them to someone and collect a tip for your hard work and time. imo.
