Homemade bong. Input?

    This is a homemade bong i made a couple days ago, has a diffused downstem and a showerhead perc. Also you can see my new spoon i got.

    And heres a video that doesnt show the bubbles too well, but i tried. Work with me i got a 4 year old slider phone. Haha.

    PS: I know someones going to say it so ill get it out of the way now, its dirty, i know but whats the point of cleaning a homemade bong?

    that showerhead perc you made is super sick. lol i love how advanced evreyones homemades are getting these days

    I personally wouldn't put that much time into a homemade, but it looks pretty nice.
    Later on just invest in glass...
    MUCH better, you won't regret it. :}

    I actually have a basic GonG bong. I just enjoy the creativity and satisfaction of toking out of something you made, hence why im kinda thinking about getting into the glass blowing scene but not sure how to go about doing that. Someone had pmed me asking for a tutorial about the shower head so ill work on that sometime tonight/possibly tomorrow.

    Nice. One of the better homemades I've seen. Curious how you made the shower head. I shall await for your tutorial :D

    Nice homemade dude.

    It is nice to build one yourself and see it in action working perfectly like it should. With proper care and cleaning, those bad boys can last a fair amount of time (assuming you built it fairly well of course).

    Really nice homemade. I love making homemade ones for exactly the same reason as you, even though i own very nice glass bongs. But I'm curious, how did you make that perc? i can tell whats happening in there

    Its really quite basic. All i did was in the lid of the first bottle i had, i cut a hole in it and put a tube i found through it. It didnt need any glue as i made it snug enough to be water tight. Then, i got a spice jar that had a bump around the top, in the perfect place for the slits so i heated up a paper clip and melted the slits in as straight and consistent as i could. (be sure to wash yours out a couple times with hot soapy water, or you'll have a funky tasting bong) Then to finish it i cut the bottom off of the same container that the first bottle was and slid it over, and hit it on there a couple times with a hammer cause i was out of glue. And there you have it. :p The bowl is just one of those sneak a tokes you can get from any LHS with a pipe in it from my hardware store, the down stem is an aluminum slurpee straw from 7/11 with a bunch of holes drilled through it.
