Here is my Home-Made Bubbler made out of a Hydrive bottle. For the downstem I used a pvc pipe. It just happen to fit perfectly in the hole on top. I used a socket with a sink screen (cleaned well) for the bowl. The socket was a random grabbed one and it fit inside the pvc pipe perfectly as well, good day that day lol. I used some aquarium air pump tubing for the hose to suck from. I'm going t o make it bigger bcuz it's kinda of hard to clear right now with a small hose. I also have a carb on the other side of the hose. It's deff one of my smoothest of all my pieces (including glass.) My friend thinks that home-made pieces will never smoke as well as glass, but I strongly disagree with this in my hands haha. Well here is the piece. I also made a smaller verison out of a Monster Energy Drink Shot Bottle with the same basic design, also hits very smooth. Add crushed ice to either to make it really amazing. I don't know what socket size it is but you get about 3-4 good rips of this before its k.o.'ed
Alright, what metal is safe for metal pipes. I don't think i'll be able to get my hands on anything glass.
I have other pieces to smoke out of it's just I like making home-made pieces. I have glass bongs and such but I just like diy time of stuff. I just need to know what kind of metal is safe.
non-chrome stainless steel. all you have to do for a glass piece is get on of those kids chemistry things, they come with a test tube... if they even make those anymore, im pretty old so i remember those
Yeah I know I got to ditch the PVC pipe. And also I didn't color it at all it's just the flash and stuff that gave it that look. It's just a normal silver socket.
Well if you read one of my above post it says I have other pieces to smoke out of, bongs, bubblers, spoons, onies, ect. It's just I like making things like this, it's fun.
Some old guys like to build shit with their hands while they still can. Its good for the mind & body. & beats building bird feeders all to hell. # SQUEAKY CLEAN GLASS & FRESH ICE WATER.
