Alright, so here's the low down on my bong I'm building/is already kinda built. The main chamber is a 44 north bottle that I have drilled into with a glass drill bit. Next I got the http://www.grasscity.com/mad-scientist-slide.html molino mad scientist adapter with diffuser, and finally the weed star bubble II 18.8 mm precooler... http://www.grasscity.com/weed-star-bubble-18-8-mm-precooler.html as you can tell this is gonna be a pretty pimpin bong...only one problem. The precooler and the diffuser don't fit into each other, I thought they would...but they don't. Right now I've got it all hooked together with duct tape, which really doesn't look that nice (the precooler hangs there kinda limp because the duct tape cant really support its weight). The only glue that will bind glass on glass is epoxy, and there is very little surface area where the two touch so epoxy wont work (i tried). I'd order another piece but I'm poor, hence the reason I'm building this instead of just buying a bong in the first place. If anyone has any ideas how to hook these things together so it doesn't look too jinky I'd love to hear them. If someone does come up with something that works I'll post a video of me taking a fat rip on it . Thanks!
if i'm getting this straight...you have the precooler with an 18.8 connection and the downstem with a 14.5 connection? grab a new downstem with the right size
Yea your best bet is to find an adapter or try and sell it if you can that would be the best cause you are going to create drag going from a 18 to a 14
