Whenever I hit my bong smoke is getting stuck...I will show a picture... I’ve let it sit over night in acetone and it didn’t help. I’m at a lost. Any recommendations will be appreciated.
I'm confused how is smoke staying in your bong.. do you mean resin?? The nasty tar looking shit that coats your bong after using it for a while??
I know it’s very weird I’ve never experienced this before. I clean my bong every few days so theirs is no resin stuck inside. The picture I took is after I just hit it, and I took the bowl and down stem out, and I pull as hard as I can and the smoke is just stuck there. I’m honestly so confused and I don’t know what to do.
so the smoke is still in the bong when you place it in acetone then when you remove the bong from the acetone the smoke remains? or do you have to hit it again but then that smoke doesnt clear?
When you suck on the bong with just water does it work like it should or does the water just not bubble up at all? If so, how is the draw resistance?
No, the smoke clears after it sits a little, but when I hit it, that’s when it remains in the bong. No matter how many times I hit it the smoke remains.
When I take the first hit it is fine, bubbling and all, but after the first hit that’s when the smoke gets stuck and it doesn’t bubble any more
So let me get this straight.. you light the bowl, take your first hit, clear the bong of any smoke, load another bowl, suck on it, but the smoke doesnt clear anymore and gets stuck in the bottom beaker?
I just got a bong exactly like this with the swirl perc and it does the exact same thing, it’s not you it’s the weird perc.
You shouldn't clean with acetone. Maybe it dissolved a seal or something. I've never seen so many people have so many problems with their bongs as I've seen on this site. I've never had any of these strange problems I see on here.
So the perc itself holds smoke or something?? Very strange, is it borosilicate or regular/clear glass …
