Anyone here know a sure fire way to get grasscity's customer service's attention? They sent me a broken bong and it's been radio silence
They didn't send a broken bong it happened during shipping. It's not like they're going "lets smash this dudes bong, send it to him and ignore his emails, that'll be funny"
People don't understand that the forum is completely separate from sales. We are lucky to have the forums but the main reason it's here is that it's an online head shop.
I tried emailing them and contacting support and they never answered. I even messaged them on Facebook, no response. Then I left a review on trust pilot because I saw they were responsive on that and they replied to my review saying a customer support person would email me the next day. It'sbeen 4 days since that happened. That's why I made a post here, in hopes of finding someone who's managed to reach them.
