I'm new to the site and relatively new to smoking. I made a homemade vaporizer the other day but it isn't working! I used the light bulb method and made it just as the instructions in this video: How To Make A Vaporizer « Drugs”R”Us I'm not sure if I didn't seal it properly or what, I examined it and it looked fine, perhaps the bottle top shifted while I was taping it. I was also wondering if I need to use a torch lighter or if a normal one is fine, and how much nug should be placed in the bulb. I can't post any pictures because I lost it when I was high yesterday, but I'm going to attempt to make another one and I'll post pics later. If anyone has any advice or information on this, please help me.
I've heard using a candle as the heat source works pretty good. I don't know too much about these. I tried making one a couple years ago and the fucker blew up in my hand while I was taking out the bottom part.
Yeah you gotta be careful. I've heard the candle thing too. My sis suggested that the glass was too thick. I used a 100 watt bulb. Anyone know which bulb works best?
