So I have an old glass on glass diffused slide thats about 7 inches long I would say. What the hell could I make a sweet piece out of it with? Ive been looking around my house for ideas but nothing to awesome yet. Any ideas fellow stoners?

I don't mean to jack this thread, but it's relatively on topic and I opened a separate thread but got no replies: Does GC sell downstems? I know they sell slides, but I couldn't find any downstems. If not, where can I get them? I don't have any headshops that are within driving distance from my house.
I think that the glass drilling idea is well worth your while, if you can make it work. Glass can be very tricky to drill. I've tried drilling bottles before with very little success. However, I may just suck at drilling glass. Learned the hard way, take your time and don't apply to much downward pressure when drilling. B4NK, good link. An alternative to actually drilling the glass, if you were more open to the idea of say, a bubbler instead, is drilling holes through the lid of a bottle, or a piece of plexiglass that you could seal to the top of a vase.
