help matrix perc wont hold water

    so i bought a 2 chamber glass bong the second chamber has a matrix perc and as u probably guessed it wont hold any water. when i add water to the top it immediately runs to the base of my bong there are no cracks or anything bong still works just no percolation am i doing something wrong

    i dnt know the brand name it just has a gb and a bear on the bottom
