get a hose and a high pressure generator. stick the hose down the joint and seal it around the joint with electrical tape, just make it air tight and then turn it on. the pressure will build and go up through the stem and the dime will have no choice with a high PSI generator
Be careful with compressed air. that fucker can turn into a grenade. Good idea though, dime fly out real quick.

Well just to clear it up a bit glass does expand and contract due to temperature, but the coefficient of thermal expansion is significantly lower than most metals. Soft glass has coe's between 90-104, boro is 33 coe, and a dime for example is mostly copper so it has a coe around 170 or so if I'm not mistaken. That's why soft glass can break so easily due to thermal shock, it makes one section of the glass expand while the other stays still. If you have a very small diameter drill bit you could maybe drill a hole or two in the dime, and use needle nose pliers, or a wire with a little hook to pull it out.
I haven't messed with it in a couple days, its just sitting on my counter. Lol. I have 3 more bongs so I'm not to worried about it. NOTHING will get it out, I'm hoping gorilla glue didn't get stuck to the sides also haha. And you CANT put anything THROUGH the mouthpiece, theres a disk plate thing that you can't put anything past.
