Can this be made with sugar leafs from a harvest? If so do I have to dry leafs first then start process or can I just start right away after harvest by freezing?

You should not be using isopropyl alcohol to make oil. Lab grade equipment is needed for a clean product. You will mess your lungs up and cause perminent damage.
