I've searched all over the web, and I can't find anywhere if I'm allowed to keep what I grow. A single plant can produce anywhere from an ounce to a couple pounds. Does anyone have any information on my grow rights?
I do. I am a fellow Arizonian and I have actually read Prop 207 from start to finish. You are allowed 6 plants per adult, up to 12 plants. If you have a minor in the house, the grow must be contained inside a lockable enclosure. The grow can not be viewable by the public (aka, can not be in front of a window) I am actually in the process of putting up my 3x3 Grow Tent right now! Happy Growing!
