yea, imagine lugging that around, probably while high, without breaking it? most people are more functional then me and the people i smoke with, but I know if I had a bong like that it wouldnt last long.
my cousin has a 5 footer with four five arm perks. im not sure who made it but its pretty dank. but i also think any thing above 3 feet is over kill. in his it takes you 2 hits to get it to your mouth and it takes like 3 ppl to operate when stoned. i find making your own bong is not only cheaper but it generaly looks cooler and has more sentimental value. long live the home mades!!
yeah, i should definatly make one if i can find a vase that large. id prolly be able to figure out a way to rig it it so that i dont need a 3 man crew of highly skilled toke to operate it. (the phrase "3 ppl to opperate" makes me think of a machinegun or mortar team) by the way wats a 3 arm perc? is that the same thing as a percolater?
It's a tree percolator with three arms. The more arms, the more filtration. Some percolators are diffused too. But percolators usually result in drag.

Seriously the larger pieces ( higher than 2ft+) are for group smokes where one person will milk it and poeple will take turns clearing it, you would be far better off with a 1-2ft bong that is high quality such as RooR or MediCali. My friend had a 7 foot party bong that cost him 1300$ and a week after getting it he wanted to trade it for my <relatively> cheap 120$ pure 1 and 1/2 ft bong. But everyone has thier own style and taste, whatever you end up getting or spending, if you happy with it than that is all that counts! ~Cali_Quick
thnx but wats an arm and wats a tree perc? are ther different kinds of percs or something? if i make a bong would it be possible to create a perc with objects availabe at home depot or sears hardware?
im not sure maby. you could try with some pens a piece of a glass bottle and some duct tape. dont smoke out of it well i cuess u could but its just a concept design. for some money u could get a large washer ( like nuts and bolts) the bottom half of a pop can and a soldering iron and some solder and copper tubes. the only difficulty woild be mounting it in a tube of a metal bong. i say its worth getting stoned and being creative dont you all. and in the process ull get learned about a perc
lol dude, you're going to spend your readjustment on a bong. Sweet. I vote for a smaller bong with percs and an AC. You could always go with a giant 4 footer, but when you look at things on a practical level, you'd be way better off with a pimped out daily driver then some monster that you only bust out on special occasions anyway.
lol so thats readjustment money? i just thought it was an incentive to enroll in this stupid program. they owe it to me anyway cuz i got tricked. long story. anyway, theres a headshop about a half hour away called artifax that i might hit up. that is finally possible cuz im gettin my license. i could and probably would smoke enormouse 5 foot bong evry day with other people cuz theyed prolly bake me out for free if i let them smoke it. i never get to smoke solo anyway. ill prolly end up settling for a smaller slightly more tame bong.(if u know a sight were i can cop up on a 4 footer please lemme know)
i smoked out of a six footer once, it was fun... thing was acrylic, though. cost maybe 40 bucks. stupid to use as a daily driver, needed two people to even light the damn thing. it was the kind of thing that was cool for the one time novelty, but not necessarily all the time. for the kind of cash you're looking to drop, you could get a smaller, exquisitely designed piece from a reputable company, that you would like a whole lot more.
i heard that acrilic is inferior to glass except in the fact that it doesnt break as easy. i would definatly pay 40 bucks for a 6 footer, even a plastic one, does the guy still have it and would he be willing to part with it? and is he located in or near the bucks county region of PA. alot of people are saying that i should buy brand name bongs but i dont like them because they are really expensive and i havnt seen any roors or any other name brand bong that is in color changing glass. i wouldnt put out 300 bucks unless it changes color. i kinda think of it as a work of art thats up to me to complete
dude to be honest, i wouldn't pay anything over 300 for something that changed colors. lol clear glass always makes a clean look. i say go for a toro or sg like they all said or get something made for you from a respectable glass blower and set your own price.
