I just finished "building" my highlighter pipe. i love the way it turned out too. I even made a screen out of a metal headphone earpiece. Its almost more legit than ghetto haha. Anybody else do this often?
I do have glass, but i make pieces for fun. The best was a 2 liter waterfall bong. 1 Rip and i was stoned. It took 3 people to clear the smoke from that thing.
lol all of my life ive been told im a mcguiver smoker lol everyone that smoked with my dad said he was back in the day too. i have glass pipes now and in my first few weeks i made alot of shit like this. my last few times before i got my first pipe i had a kit for making them , and i sold a few lol. now i just do it for fun , and for experiments. i get high and make shit like that and i put time and effort into it. like i get high and sometimes spend like an hour making one. onetime i made a grinder out of a plastic can of chew , and the needles from tacks. i bent the top of the needle so it wouldnt fall through. i got it hot and stuck it through the top and the bottom. but i would say my favorite homemade piece was kinda simple , but it took me a while to make. i made a sploof out of a water bottle. i burnt 10 tiny holes , evenly spaced all in a circle about the size of dime. and i stuffed it with a whole roll of toilette paper. then i made a simple bong out of another waterbottle. i got an aquarium tube (not the big fat ones) and i cut it. i made an airtight hole in the bottom of the waterbottle the size of the tube. i stuck the tube in and i pulled the end out of the mouthpiece and wrapped a long ass thin strip of tape around the the outside in one spot near the end so that it was thick right there. i did that so that the tube wouldnt accidently fall out. then i pulled it enough so that the tape was touching the hole; but there was enough tube at the end so that it would go down and go into the water and it would bubble in water. after that i put a carb on the bong and taped the sploof to the bong. put the tube up the side of the sploof and taped a socket on the end so that its an airtight bowl. now if you lit it like that it would burn the bottle and the toilette paper and you would get burned. so i got a giftcard , and cut it and out it where the bowl would be. tada! ill post a drawn up pick from paint tommorow probly , but i dont have the bong anymore. it was so cool because you would hit , and just barely move your head and blow out a sploof.
Water bottle, hole in the top, aluminum foil for the bowl and wa-la. Used it last night with 3 buddies and it works like a charm like always. (In between glass right now, broken )
allright , get a piece of alluinum foil and hold your lighter to it. after a while it will get fucked up. breathing those fumes and smoke and shit is bad. oh im so
Dude its common sense, inhaling aluminum is awful for your health, especially if you are using foil as a bowl or a aluminum can as a pipe. Oh, sorry dude. Back on topic- No one cares about your highlighter pipe, and yes, believe it or not, other people have made homemade pipes.
Oh yeah ive made some awesome smoking devices! but it is always nice to have some glass around. but ive made em from flashlights, all kinds of food, pens, toys, anything i can find. I love ones with more then one moving part haha
I used to use any nearby plastic bottle... burn a hole and stick a gutted sharpie (stem) the bowl was just the sharpie cap with a tool socket stuck in with a brass screen. Makes a little nice bong, and once you're done you can recycle the bottle and keep the sharpie pieces for later use.
