Little bit ago, after much deliberation I wont elaborate on, I said "fuck it, I'm getting a Roor." I ordered a 7mm thick, 18 in beaker with diffused downstem, and an ash catcher. It was blown at SMR Glassworks here in the US. Oh yeah, also bought it a nice slider from Tako Glass. When I bought it I was told 3-5 week production/shipping time. I didnt get a tracking number until 7 weeks later, and UPS pulled some bullshit with delivery so it ended up taking 8.5 weeks. Anyway, I picked it up from the UPS Store today. Here it is...

Not gonna lie. Im royally pissed about the angle in the ash catcher. I bought them as a set, so I (mistakenly, apparently) assumed they would have, you know, made sure the angles made sense so it wasnt canted as fuck. I'm sure the defense for that is "but its art, its going to different," but that is weak sauce. It looks like shit and I hate it.
