That's it. Unless Your state also outlawed THCA, but there's only a few. Idaho, Oregon, Arkansas and Minnesota are the only ones who have criminalized it. My state (Virginia) has outlawed Delta 8, but THCA gets in without a problem. It's all just a patchwork of different laws in different states.
And how does it taste? I just ordered a gram of THCA live resin. It is MUCH cheaper than tradational live resin at the dispensar, that much is certain. I'll have to check out the buzz and the taste of it for myself. THCO was cool for about a minute but then it started to taste like shit so as cheap as it was it no longer mattered.
My THCA hemp tastes like crap, but that's because I decarbed in the oven uncovered. I'm dying to try Grannies method with boiling water, but I don't have any new THCA hemp to try it with, and I'm about to harvest so I don't need any more anyway. Never tried oil, so I'm not sure how that works.
So you have to decarb it before you vape it? Why doesn't just vaping it decarb it like normal? And can you just smoke the flower?
Yeah, you can just vape it. The heat from that will do the decarbing for you. But I used it for edibles too, so I decarbed it. I'm more concerned with the effect than the taste, anyway.
Also, the stuff I have started out low quality anyway. It's just trim and shake. So it was never going to win any flavor contests in the first place.
If it tastes bad I don't want anything to do with it personally I smoked enough shitty weed back in Iowa in the 90s to kill even Tommy Chong lol.
Believe me, I prefer nice tasting stuff. But it was a QP for $99, and I just couldn't pass that up. But I like my homegrown stuff way better.
I've had Mexican Schwag back in the day that's tasted worse than this. I harvest plant number one Wednesday.
You can get cheap THC-A bud or very high quality. First batch I got was like kinda shitty mids. Tried a new vendor and got 2 strains one of which is quite good and the other is genuinely one of the best strains I've smoked. The quality varies the same way normal weed quality varies pretty much I think.
I remember some really shitty tasting weed I had back around 2002 that was so nasty it tasted like hay I shit you not but it got you high as a kite so I smoked it because it was Iowa and I didn't have a choice so I smoked the shit out of it.
