Not at all, your tolerance will reset, the thc will leave your body, well most of it,
leaving you totally wasted the next time you toke,
the longer the gap the higher the blast
the down side is you may become 'Bitchy' and sleep poorly, (cheap beer and herbal sleeping tablets are good)

Many Toker's joining dead end jobs will have their privacy abused by their employer demanding a drug test,

Forget the dispo. THC-A flower is federally legal and every bit as good. You can order it online. A lot of people like to be confidently incorrect about things but I can tell you first hand, it is 100% the real deal with no quality loss compared to what is defined legally as "marijuana".

That's the point, that IS the loophole. It is legal if you read the specific language of the farm bill. Tell me where it says "this isn't allowed because x BECOMES y with heat. Oh you can't? I know. Because that's not how it works.

Just a side note on the decarbing of THCA. A study on drug testing mentioned this-

“it is demonstrated that, at 100 °C, full conversion of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) into THC is obtained after 60 min.” From “Contactless decontamination of hair samples: cannabinoids”

100 °C = the temperature of boiling water.

So if you got out your Seal-A-Meal and sealed up your THCA cannabis to make a flat, airless-as-possible package, then tossed the package into some boiling water for 1 hour, your THCA will be totally decarbed, the terpenes would not evaporate like they do when decarbing in an oven and there would be no odor filling your home until you open the package!

I get THCA hemp with over 12% total Cannabinoids.
There's some with over 20% total Cannabinoids.
Most of it THCA.

As long as the actual Delta 9 THC content is below 0.3% it's legal.

 

In my 50s, look like a cop, seldom leave the house (ptsd) in a non-legal state. I've been dry A LOT. My problem is that I smoke like I'll never run out. I fucking hate running out of smoke. Like most say, after a day or two of minor crankiness it's okay. Tolerance, clarity, and the knowledge that I have enough scrappings and trash to get high one more time. My state will be the last to legalize. Oh, the humanity.
