Ok so I had this idea the other day while trying (with mild success) to smoke some hash using the glass and straw technique. I had trouble when it came to lighting and getting the hash to stay lit without torching it all. I had been placing the hash on the end of a thumb tack and trying to light it that way but it didn't really work. Then I recalled making simple electrical circuit's in middle school using copper wire, paper clips, tacks, wood, and a 9 volt battery. When the switch was on the current would travel through the wires attached to the paper clip which heated up like the coils on a coil stove. My idea was to make one of these electrical circuits with something like a big plastic bottle cut in half that fits over it that way you can burn all the hash quickly and it gets trapped under the bottle. What do you guys think? I know it seems like a lot of trouble when so many other simple tools work fine but if you do all your smoking in one room and portability isn't an issue I think it could be pretty cool.
