I think those lines are there to allow a screen to lay flat without having to push it down to stick to the side, and especially with using a new one to prevent it from popping out from heat. I asked to have the bowl flat so it would just lay in there. It looks great too. Thanks for the kudos. Don't have anything to complain about on this fo sure
I think the re-done #2 is beautiful, and those lines are SSFGs version of Luke Wilsons disk-diffused bowls, if I'm not mistaken.
Word up!! It proves SSFG is a stand up guy. At first I explained it wrong, so that is why it did not look right. Once he knew the right vision I wanted, he understood why I wasn't happy and offered to re-do, which is advantage for him. Everybody likes a stand up in customer service
ya. thats the way he does his disc diffused slides at SSFG i dont really like the looks of them they look to big. but idk ive never used one. i use LW

You mean a disk diffused, and apparently #2 is a DD slide, so I'm all set but thanks for the tip I'll leave a note for the other 2 etsy blowers to make them DD's
i dont know if many people do disc diffused slides. ask them to make them either ice pinched or DD. that tube is perfect but if you have an ice pinched or DD slide it milks up sp much quicker and nicer. thats the perfect tube good call grabbin that.
you dont see that #2 redone is DD slide? it definitely is. how else would you explain the lines of glass going across the slide?
Gotcha! I guess the green one won't hit very well. I don't know if its ice pinch or not, but I've let the last 2 know I either types. Thanks, I decided if I was going to buy one, that it would be wiser to get the reinforced percs.(seen that video of JP kicking the reinforced version around like a soccer ball) It was a race to get this as others were working on getting the money, but I got a loan from a buddy in time and cost just as much as cheapest sticker price in a shop. This will be my very first tree tube, since PHX was the best you could buy at the time. I have a HiSi 2 U percs now that I am getting rid off, way too much drag and is the WRONG tube to hook up to a SSV vape. I liked pulling vape through a ice tube, but that one took far too much suction putting pressure on the lungs to pull the vape through that tube. I think this will be a dream Toro + SSV!!
it will work with the normal bowl. its just way different when you get a DD or Ice-Pinched bowl. Nice first tube. you will enjoy.
I love the one from SSFG! I think the eyeball idea is great on a crown bowl, I'm gonna have to get down on one. How much did this run you? (If you don't mind me asking). Foxyy EDIT: I didn't like the others because the eyes were so popped out it looked very fragile. If someone when to bang it on the end of an ashtray n break an eye off it would be devastating.

I wouldn't call DD or ice-pinch bowls "better" necessarily, it's all a matter of taste. I happen to prefer the little bit of preasure and release you get with a good snap from an average push bowl, and the ice-pinches makes things a bit too "airy" for me =) Either way, that toro is sick, and you'll be happy with your purchase without a doubt. looking forward to milks with the different bowls when you get it all!
