As the title says, hemp wick was the only thing to show up and there has been no mention of separate shipping. I would like at least some help or an actual human to talk to, this is bullshit.
Bought from where? I just had a similar incident where we ordered a volcano vape, and parts for the mighty. The vape, and some capsules for the mighty turned up, but none of the parts. I was charged for it and all. Though, the company was emailed and hey sorted it out - sometimes places just forget stuff. It's...unusual that they seem to have missed the primary item in your case. All you can do is email to sort it, most companies will play ball. It's likely the items were just shipped seperate too...it's often not noted if freight is part of the cost, if it's in seperate packages.
The GC forums have nothing to do with the shop side of things... You need to contact/email the website not post about it on the forum.

Ordered on Thanksgiving and shipped on Saturday. Ordered this Grav bubbler for less than anywhere else I could find. Now if Usps would get there shit together and deliver that bitch.
