Ehh I see so even if I got 420 it may need to soak overnight also ? Are both cleaners the same strength? The higher number mean anything 710?
I think it same shit different toilet. 710 upside down is "OIL" just another weed number like 420. Probably just a matter of putting the sticker on the bottle. Shit works though i promise.
You don't really need to soak with 420/710 cleaner. Did you shake the bottle to mix up the contents? It might just be so stuck your going to have shake the bong for a while. If that doesn't work then I think you might need something like Grunge Off or something that is made for soaking and let it soak for a while.
ahh so grunge? They didn’t have it at Quonset hut .. Overnight 710 cleaner didn’t get rid of the resin stains , is it still worth keeping? Doubt you can return it but waste of $10..
Can you post a picture of the bong with how much your using? How long are you shaking it for? I'm thinking your just not shaking it long enough. You might have to do it a few times. Yeah it's still wroth keeping. Have you ever had this problem before? I can't figure out why your having such a hard time trying to clean such a small area. Grunge should work if that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else would besides a acid or something
It was shook well before I put it in there but I shook it some more to see if it helps . One minute of shaking enough or do more ? It’s not cleaning any better then iso / salt or vinegar/bake soda .
1. Your using way too much. 2. The cleaner has abrasives in it, that why it's not working. You didn't mix it enough/get any in the bong. 3.shake it as long as it needs.
Oh so abrasive are stuck in bottom wow epic fail … I emptied the bottle nothing but the liquid I don’t see any salt like particles or any abrasive stuff . Shook it a ton too, should had just got regular 420 not 710…. Should I add salt to 710? And shake see if it helps
Yes , it’s sucks the honey comb perc is like Not cleaning. I soaked it in 710 over 15 hours , not cleaned .
My bad on not having any abrasives. 420 has them not 710. I had to look at a video again. I was thinking salt might help also.
I added salt but it didn’t help this grime is too tough for 710, wish ida bought 420 instead but who knows if it’s better… Returning the 710 prob not worth the hassle but not sure if you can . Oddly cannot taste the gunk when smoking but I want to clean it 100% not 90%!!!
Kryptonite should work. It's meant to coat the glass. It coats everything. You just pour it in and shake your piece until everything is coated. Once it's coated you let it sit overnight and it will eat away at that crap in your bong and you could rinse it clean the next day.
So grunge off or kriptonite? gotta order that online . How long does 710 cleaner last should I keep it for regular cleaning or try and return it for 420? .. it seems infective for this thick build up .
Ive been reusing the same jar of it that is cut with 70-80% water for probably a year now but im a light smoker. I expect the 16oz bottle to last 5-10 years easy. I have a couple honeycomb units but i rarely use them.
This perc is a nightmare sadly not a beaker but straight tube so cannot fit a brush in the down stem to clean it … Boiling water also and hot water from spigot didn’t go anything seems like I need super cleaner for this gunk spot . Rest of bong is spotless …. this stuff sure is expensive
