could try peppermint schnapps that would do the trick lol never heard it going moldy seen e juice turn brown on its own but never mould growth .ppl do use olive oil and beeswax in pipes and bongs mostly wood and bamboo nothing sticks to the wax .but a glass bong might look odd with beeswax coating the inside lol look its that new frosted glass.........

a steam cleaner should make any filth in a bong gone quickly, even in a multi-chamber situation. Prep with high % alcohol (culinary ethanol for the uber healthy types), and blast it with a steam cleaner. Most handheld steam cleaners should work fine. Be sure to have heat resistant rubber gloves and a good grip on your glass, or I suppose you could slap some wood together to make it a cradle that it wont wiggle around in
Okay this was a pretty cool post - thank you everyone for saying your ideas. I don’t know if the dude who mentioned using wine as water is trolling but that actually sounds kinda cool and I want to try it. I would put in soda, milk, and other liquids when I smoke hookah ^_^ but sticking to bud, I personally like 99% ISO with salt. A dude at the shop said iso will hurt my glass but I’m not sure how true that is because I ended up getting upsold on some Kyrptonite cleaner, which worked well, don’t get me wrong, iso + salt can be so much cheaper. And I feel it, it can’t hurt to ask questions and I’m sure I’ve asked some silly questions over my life but most comments here are tame compared to Reddit and other sites, at least from what I’ve seen so far. And about keeping your bong clean, I too recommend an ash catcher and that will get dirty fast!! Make sure to rinse it out after each bowl for a clean and smooth hit. Your bong will eventually get dirty but that is a small negative compared to the large positive of smoking weed.
