I've used formula420 before. Works pretty good. So does 91% n 99% iso with rock salt (kosher salt) 0r uncooked white rice. I remember making bamboo bongs and coating the insides with wax. if you decide to build your own bong, don't use any copper parts. Oops poison when heated. I’ll try it . Any borosilicate ash catchers you’d suggest the store sells regular glass ones I think and they broke easy .
The only thing I can say about an ash catcher, is make sure it isn't too heavy, or sticks out from the bong too much. They can the bong fall over very easy! Maybe get a beaker bong so it more stable. I think the Grass City headshop is called Smoke Cartel https://www.grasscity.com/ As you can see, I really don't care about having a clean bong. After I broke the stem, I gave up cleaning it! lol. Weeee!
