Hi, just had a question. Bought a different brand of concentrate than usual and it leaves a black chunky piece of junk in it after using it. Any clue what it is? It's not stuck to sides and is sticky. Never saw this before. It's not burnt black residue on the sides. I literally take 3 hits and it's noticeable at the bottom of the glass in my pen. It uses glass balls too. It's a nice one.
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of the concentrate to see if they can provide any insight? They might have encountered similar reports from other customers and could offer a solution or explanation. x trench run
