Alright so I was looking at the Homemade Pieces thread and saw some really nice bongs with percs and ACs. I want to try making some of these but I'm not sure how to. I don't really have any materials but I'm willing to spend up to like $50 to make one. The big thing for me is what to use to make it airtight especially for the percs that will be under water.
