Flavored papers are illegal, unless they have changed the laws they still are, same goes for flavored cigarettes and cigars.

Nah therye legal. Most convience stores only have zigzags and rizlas here. I go to the headshop for blunt wraps and other types of papers. And I don't think flavored papers are illegal, I just bought peach flavored juicy jay papers from my local headshop

Last time i was in montreali had to buy the pack tho. Is that where ur goin in quebec?
im coming back actually from europe and i live real close to montreal........if i have to buy the pack im just gonna check in tobacco stores and headshops. So as i understand blutn wraps are still legal but not the flavored ones? cuz i know headshops in my town sell flavor papers
An Act to amend the Tobacco Act (2009) - Frequently Asked Questions - Health Canada I bought like 20 of them the day b4 they were made illegal. Btw it's only the flavored wraps that are banned.
