I like having ice in my bong because for one it helps keep smoke that might be a tad stale from ruining the whole hit, but Aldo cause when the water melts, it makes cold ass water, so even tho i at have to sump a little out over time, there is always gonna be cold water in it till all the ice is gone

 

Came in the mail Friday and I love it! Honestly the best piece I've owned/used and he threw in the ice pinches and worked bridge/slide for free.

 

A few people posted that they were curious how it stacks with pinches that low. Milk vid?

 

Still stacks great and with smaller cubes they actually get pushed up by the bubbles

those ice pinches would piss me off for multiple reasons, Look like shit that low, hard to clean the underside of them if you let your bong get dirty, and idk just looks ugly IMO

 

When I asked Dan for ice pinches he basically told me he only puts them on by request because he thinks they look ugly and he says ice actually makes the hit harsher.

He dosnt even like them Hahaha

 

Well I guess it's kinda true. It just makes your piece dirty faster, the smoke doesn't stay in between the ice to actually lower the temperature of the smoke particles. It just gives you a cool burst of air before the smoke hits you.\


I personally haven't put ice in a bong since 8th grade.

 

Bore size Is a HUGE factor for vaping through a tube.

 

That's what I always say! Everyone always disagrees with me.....I find a bigger bore with a vape bong setup has a much better pull than a small bore.

all the smoke does is have to pass through the ice to cool down,, or shit you can prob take the ice out, and the tube would still be cold enough to cool one hit a little.

But regardless the temp is being lowered by the ice... maybe not as much as you would like..

 

I agree. I much prefer no ice to having ice. It's alright on occasion but I don't really enjoy that icy frostbite feeling you get in the back of your throat on the clear of the tube.

 

Those ice pinches are so low the perc is going to diffuse right into the entirety of the ice.

Observation:
All that air you sucked in before the dabber touched the nail pre-maturely filled up your lungs.
Prevented you from clearing the tube

 

One of my fav stemlines. Stemline is perfect size and amount of grids, opal, worked stem, got the neck too right?
