1pm Different versions (along with other variables) mean some have different temperatures at the same position. Mine is on the hotter side without ever coming close to blackening
Man, you should turn that setting down. That milks too fast, imo. Then again, it definitely depends on the rig you're using and the amount of diffusion. I find 10:30 am is amaaaaazing with both my rigs. The more the diffusion and the smaller the bore size I have found the higher it needs to be turned up. You should try a larger bore size tube if you have one, you'l notice the difference.
The point of the variable vaporizer is I can set it at 1pm for a milkshot and set it at 9am for a light morning vape. I do full spectrum of all settings for different sessions.
Looks like about 400 or so temp wise. Thats about the same my eq will milk when i turn it upside down
Temperature read-outs cannot really be compared between different vaporizers. You could measure the heat of the element but that's not the temperature of the air hitting the herb NOR is it the temperature the herb is actually heated to. It is about as useful as a reference point for that specific unit. (Which is why the VXC manufacturers decided a non-numeric dial was just as effective as a unit-specific reference point) That being said... Despite the instantaneous milk the resulting ABV (vaped weed) is not dark-chocolate brown but rather a darkish golden. That's my best measurement of excessive temperature: color of the ABV in relation to how big your hits are That video was made at like 12:30am so I definitely wanted high-spectrum vapor for sleepy-time EDIT: Realized none of this post was very apix related... With this tube Dan also added in his ice-pinch bowl. I agree with some posts back a page or two that disk-diffused slides or 3-5-7 hole bowls are nicer than the ice-pinch. Though that's just my experience for this ice-pinch, never used one before. The gaps in this bowl are very uneven so perhaps it could be made a bit better. He put a worked unobtanium(perhaps) colored horn on it which is very sexy. Also, Dan's 18mm GonG plug, whether he makes it or not, work better than my other 18mm plug (On his, the GonG part is not hollow and actually filled in!)
i want to order an apix stemline off the Apix Design Wesbsite, but there is only one model available and the gridded stemline looks rather small. does anyone know what if the one available for sale is the king stemline? also, how could i get a stmeline to disc? i tried emailing him in his contact section of the website, but no response. Sure it works but I had two emails get lost during the 2-3 month process of getting my custom made (not usual wait period FYI). So if its been... 3-4 days and no response you might want to send another email, perhaps directly. It is a price you pay for having the artist be in charge of the business operations/communications (which means affordable tube in your hands, albeit not instantly)
hey blades i plan on ordering the apix stem line today or in a couple days and i was just wondering if any fellow canadians had trouble losing their pieces at the border or the piece coming broken? btw is dans ice pinch slide good? honestly i'd rather have a four hole, or a snapper bowl. i really hate big bowls so do you guys know if he makes big IP slides?
I would go with just a stemline, in either 50 or 44. keep it under 18 inches and should work pretty damn good for both.
Yeah I just asked him if he could do some black accents and he did that! But I absolutely love it the craftsmanship is soooooo good for the price and it has the smoothest rips ever I would definitely recommend it
