Hello Blades. I've been a daily reader of GC for a good chunk of time now. I've never bought from an amateur blower prior to last week. Ive been watching his progression and thought I would try his glass to help him out and if I liked it was going to get a 102 mm. Anyways I got the 4 hole stemless little tube, I found that it leaks water (the joint is rather ugly and gets the user wet when you use it, it just slowly drips). As I see it, this is a non functioning piece. Now, Dan takes good money off of imperfect bases which do not affect functionality of the tube. I feel he owes me a tube, or full refund, something to make me not regret getting this piece. What do you guys think is proper reciprocation?
I don't think Dan would sell you a piece that didn't function. He owes you a tube? What? No not at all. Do you have a pic of what he made you? I'm not quite sure I understand how it's leaking water. Care to elaborate?
Hey I'm Dans brother, and he has already replied about that before you posted this and offered to either refund the piece, fix the piece or give him a discount on another piece. It functions he claims it slowly leaks
Id lol hard if it was precipitation from using ice or something.
xD, I was honestly thinking about that. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see how the bong could just...leak? Wouldn't there need to be like a crack or hole? And if there was that'd be a pretty godamn obvious issue. Doesn't make much sense to me.
Dan said its all worked out, he's sending it back to be verified and getting a discount on a new piece in the mean time. All good now
It doesn't have an ice pinch. It's been used, I didn't want to send it back. I meant no harm in posting the situation, simply feedback. Thanks for the insight....
He didn't post a pic here either. You'd think you would tbh. Sounds sketchy to me.
Show a pic of what? The water slowly draining from the joint? Most obviously sketchy. I don't have anything to prove to you guys, if I was lying - what does posting on here do for me? Joint sympathy from GC giving me a better discount or something. Illogical.

How is the water slowly draining from the joint...where is it draining out of? where is it draining to? And yes I think that's exactly why you posted here. Cause honestly the issue you describe makes little sense to me, and you don't seem to elaborate on it much.
lol why ask for feedback on a piece, in a forum where the person who made the piece has been banned? illogical.
We gave you feed back man.... Send it back for it to be fixed simple as that. I believe he even said he would offer a discount. So this topic about your tube is done man. Post a vid or don't. The matter has been settled.
Sorry. It's a stemless tube with an X of glass at the joint to create 4 holes of diffusion. Apparently the joint has a very small hole. It can't be seen from the naked eye(i don't think). Dan and I are good. I should have just sent it back from the start. I did not think the tube COULD leak, I attributed the water loss to evaporation initially, but after watching it leak all over my table just sitting there I know it does... But who gives a shit, its all resolved - but he had water in it before he sent it to me which is the most confusing part of it all.
