Anyone using pure tapioca maltodextrin in VG tinctures?

  1. Have you used pure tapioca maltodextrin to turn your VG tincture into a powder?
    • 1 x 454 g container (1 lb) of pure tapioca maltodextrin
    • A food starch derived from tapioca (cassava root) that absorbs and thickens fats
    • This off-white, tasteless to slightly sweet powder converts high fat content liquids into powders
    • Create powders from truffle oil, extra virgin olive oil, Nutella, caramel, peanut butter, etc
    • Product of USA, Packaged in Toronto, Canada

  4. Forgive me, I havent used it in a tincture, but eaten the stuff in normal food and causes a massive blood sugar elevation - like worse than pure sugar. Doesnt seem a wise choice for medication imho.
     
  5. I'm looking for someone who has tried it and can give me the results.
