I used to make bongs out of gatorade bottles and i would bend and poke holes in a pop can and smoke out of it a loooooooooooooong time ago when i very first started smoking. It worked okay but was annoying to make one every time and not good to be inhaling potentially harmful chemicals. Then i bought a glass piece for the first time a long time ago and it like opened up my whole world, so much smoother and easier to carry around. And I've been working my way up over the years to nicer and nicer pieces
Ide rather have a nice piece to chief out of than have more weed that i have to roll up... in the end you use the thc more effectively
Seriously, if you have money to buy tree, buy a 10$ pipe at a lhs. Its not that hard and way better than making them out of trash.
LOL. I have been guilty of making some nig-rigged pieces too. But thats only if im like stuck at work with no piece and no papers and want to blaze. Better off just buying some papers man lol but IMO the best nig-rigged bong would be made out of a water bottle, the shaft of a pen as downstem, seal it up with some gum, and finish her off with a tin foil slide. I think we have all made one of these in our day.

Hell son you good, i use somewhat the same thing with 2 straws, a thimble, bottle, and tape. Worked pretty well till i lost the thimble, course i'm using an improvised bowl from the metal bottom of a peanut container. As long as you don't burn aluminum or plastic you good course any vegetable or fruit could work to man
I have something close to the OP's contraption. But get this: my bowl is a socket, and it fits INSIDE THE PEN TUBE. That's right, no plastic fumes. You jelly glass fags?
Ah yeah, usually I make those, but I didn't have an empty bottle with a matching cap, so I made a bong instead.
