Anyone else ever smoke a bong and when it's about to pop have it fly out completely of the downstem?

in my experience, when a cherry / bowl jumps out like that it’s usually caused by a sudden reduction in draw speed. the water settles and goes back up into the downstem and the air is pushed up and out through the bowl, sending it flying.

try to pull the bowl before stopping your inhale.
